During our 3 months together, you will go through a transformational process of releasing what's in the way between you & your goals, and learning to embody and integrate the version of yourself that you desire to become.

We will be working with a holistic combination of shadow integration, somatic release, nervous system work, embodiment practices, mindset shifts and the tantric approach.

Do you speak English or German in 1:1 coaching?
Both. If you're from a German-speaking country, I'm happy to coach you in German. Other than that, I coach in English.

Do I have to be an online coach to join?
No, you don't have to be an online coach to join. It doesn't matter if you have your own business or not. I'm happy to support you in all the ways mentioned to help you claim your self-worth, love your body unapologetically and embrace your full spectrum of self-expression. You don't have to be a coach for any of that. But if you happen to be one, then I'm happy to additionally support you in your business with the topics mentioned on this page.

Is this a replacement for therapy?
No, this is not a replacement for therapy. I work with clients who are able to self-regulate during our sessions and our work together. I do not work with clients who are looking for mental health support from me - that is not something I offer. If you desire to work with a therapist alongside our coaching container and you are stable in your mental health, that is perfectly fine for this container.

Are there any refunds? Can I cancel my payment plan?
No, there are no refunds and payment plans cannot be cancelled. I trust that you are financially stable, discerning and in integrity with your budget when you join any of my containers.

When can we get started?
Once you've signed up, I will reach out to you via email or Instagram within 24h and will give you access to my Telegram. We can then schedule our first call within one week and start our coaching container. I'm looking forward to connect with you!!
